I had to follow up with the seller because I hadn't received the item & there was no communication from them. When they did respond to my message they said something was wrong with the product and asked me if I wanted to reorder. However, they issued a refund even after I told them I wanted to reorder--not giving me a chance to get another one. They then told eBay the refund was issued because I had asked to cancel the order which was not true! Poor communications from this seller!
